RETURN POLICY
Return Policy:
An email must be sent to sunnydazeboutique@gmail.com within 5 days an order being delivered for exchange, store credit, or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition (tags attached, item unwashed and unworn) and include the order receipt. All marked down sale items are final sale. Any return processed for a refund to payment will include a $5.00 or $8.00 processing fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The Process:
- Find Your Order Number
Send an email to sunnydazeboutique@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) for exchange, store credit, or refund, and the reason for exchange, store credit, or refund.
- Print Your Return Label
After you've emailed us regarding your exchange, store credit, or refund, you will get a reply with your pre-paid return shipping label.
- Attach Return Label
Once you have printed your label, you will need to prepare your merchandise to ship back. Please ensure item(s) are packaged securely. If you are reusing the original package you will need to cover the previous shipment label with the new return label. After all merchandise is packaged, sealed, and labeled you may drop off the return to any local USPS location.
Exchanges: All exchanges are for same merchandise. Exchanges will include sizing adjustments only. Newly requested exchange merchandise will be sent out upon return of items in proper condition.
Due to high demand and popularity, we cannot guarantee your item will be available for exchange. Exchanges are processed for the amount paid for each item.
Refunds: A processing fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping label. All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, including Afterpay.
You will receive a refund notification once your return has been processed. Refund to payment could take up to five business days to credit to your account.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Please note the following items will be marked final sale - not eligible for a return in the product's item description on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of our return policy prior to purchasing any items from us.

- All sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
*We reserve the right to deny any returns if not in the condition it was received.

For orders fulfilled by FGDS (disclosed in item description)
If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made via “Orders” on the buyer’s account page within seven (7) business days of receipt. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method. Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank. Depending on the reason of the return request, the refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
